Cranberry Apple Crush 5 c. apple cider or apple juice 5 c. cranberry juice 1 1/2 c. guava juice of mango nectar 1/4 c. lime juice 1 t. ground ginger 1/2 t. ground cinnamon 1/2 t. ground allspice Honey, kumquats and lime slices (optional) In a 4-qt. Dutch oven combine first seven ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Cindy’s Note: I use a large soup pot since I don’t have a Dutch oven. I also use 6 cups of apple juice and about 3 cups of cranberry juice to make it sweeter. I put about 3-4 tablespoons of honey in. Lastly, I leave out the ginger because I am NOT A FAN of (the) ginger.
