What Is God’s Will?

“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Rejoice always.
Pray continually.
Give thanks.

What is God’s will?

THIS is:

Rejoice always.
Pray continually.
Give thanks.

What if we quit looking for a particular path in our lives or a specific person to meet our needs and just focused on these three things?

Rejoice always.
Pray continually.
Give thanks.

Think for a minute how different your 1,440 minutes would be each day. If instead of complaining, griping and whining, you and I chose to rejoice. If instead of spending hours on social media or watching TV, we chose to pray and communicate with our Heavenly Father. If instead of wanting and wishing for things we don’t have, we chose to give thanks for the blessings, the good things He has already given.

It is a choice.

Will you choose to…

Rejoice always.
Pray continually.
Give thanks.

Ask the Holy Spirit to guide and direct your path and to help you focus on these three things today.

  1. I love this so much. Been trying to do this more now I’m recovering my major surgery. So thankful for each day. Praying lots and needing to be rejoicing more. Thanks for the post.

  2. 1. Today I begged for forgiveness for it seeking his face as often as I should
    2. Today I prayed to accept whatever the test results
    Said
    3. Rejoiced in His goodness even when I was scared knowing that he is good I matter what.
